Cannot display the fast acces tool bar in dispaly menu with FM 7.2

Hi,

I've Framemaker 7.2 with the 2 update, but i can not display the fast acces bar in the display menu.
When i clic in display menu --> fast acces bar --> nothing apair in the display, and the computer isnt working specialy.
