Gabe,

I had a look at the files. There is one Body page (2471) that is sized
slightly differently that is causing the message. However, that
wouldn't explain why there are differences on other pages in the PDFs.

One thing I noticed though is that your "before" PDF has a much later
timestamp then your "after" PDF. So this has me wondering if there
were some other changes or things got mixed up.

Anyway, I tried to trigger changes and didn't see anything different
happen (in the PDF using Document Compare) with any version of FM that
could read the file.

I also was wondering why it's a structured file, yet there is no
structure being used in the content?
