Is there a problem with the instructions on p.604/605 of the Adobe Framemaker 8 User Guide for generating the DTD file? When I follow the instructions to generate the file and export XML the output xml file lacks the context headings for the titles. On investigation I discover that the DTD file does not contain any instructions for generating these headings, simply containing the statement (#PCDATA). On reading the DTD file back into Framemaker I find that the context heading tags have disappeared in the generated EDD. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
