First, how did you create the TOC?

And second... The PDF bookmarks that you see in Frame are defined in your PDF setup. If the bookmarks duplicate the tags that you included in your TOC, yes, they'll be listed in the PDF bookmarks window also -- that's the default behaviour and is what most people expect when they look in the Bookmarks window.Art
