Dottie, Try saving the Word file as RTF (from Word) and then import that. Has anything changed in the Word file (comments, minor revisions, etc.)? You could try flattening and accepting changes if you have this feature turned on Word. Another usual suspect is graphics. If any have changed or been added, this could cause problems. Usually, it's best to remove graphics from Word files prior to importing FM (leave placeholder filenames or descriptions of the graphics so that they can be re-imported into FM later).
