Hello to all,

FrameMaker can do documents with different page-sizes, but when the page size is supposed to vary, you have to start a new FM file.
Example
 FM-File "A.fm" with page size "Letter"
 FM-File "B.fm" with page size "A3"
 FM-File "C.fm" with page size "Letter"

In the PDF you will have: Letter>A3>Letter
And the printer will also print Letter>A3>Letter.

If you have a more elaborate mileage, you may think about indesign, which can do spreads, foldouts and whatnot.
