Due to a bug/feature in FM, JPEG images are stored with a huge
"FrameVector" image when copied into a document. See
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=317432

The recommended way is to use "import by reference". If you must
"import by copy", then use another image format than JPEG, e.g. PNG.

The reason for the big file size could be that you didn't manage to
delete all of the old copied images before you re-imported them by
reference. You may have duplicated images by mistake. You check
this by selecting an image within a frame, moving it within the frame
and see if you have a duplicate behind it. If not, undo the move.

You may also try to resave your file in MIF format, close, re-open
the MIF file, and resave it in FM format with a new name.
