Several reasons might cause the problem. 1. The page you wanted to delete use the Left or Right master page. If that's the case, try to use a custom master page. 2. The Pagination settings bothered. If you applied a Double Sided pagination, you could not delete a page if it was an even page. Or if you didn't make the settings (Before Saving & Printing) to Delete Empty Pages, it might cause the problem.
