Thanks all in advance for any suggestions.

When I print a book to PDF, my resulting document seems to move my document heading bookmarks "down" a chapter.

For example, lets say I have a book with the following documents:

Chapter One, title: Dogs
Heading one: Mutts
Heading two: Labradoodles

Chapter title: Cats
Heading one: Alley cats
Heading two: Persians

Chapter title: Birds
Heading one: Parrots
Heading two: Grackles

When I print, my resulting PDF orders my bookmarks as follows:

Dogs
<no entries>

Cats
   Mutts
   Labradoodles

Birds:
   Alley Cats
   Persians

and so on

When I print, I select "Generate Acrobat Data" in the Print Document window. In the PDF setup, I have Chapter Title, Chpater one and
Heading 1 and 2 selected. I do not have separate text flows in my document.
