Times used for parentheses in equations, despite change

Hi,

In the definitions for equation fonts (in the equation editor), I've changed from Times to Minion for everything except Math symbols (where I use Symbol).

However, when parentheses are rendered (that is, the "normal" parenthesis, not the large ones), Times is still used. This looks very ugly, since Times' parentheses are much thicker than Minion's.

Any idea how to change this?
