Hi, I'm using Framemaker 8. I've got a Running Header that is references the Chapter text: <$paratext[C4_Chapter Title]> I have a book where a user wants to create a chapter that starts in one file and ends in the other. So, the Actual C4_Chapter Title occurs in foobar1.fm and then the chapter continues in foobar2.fm. The header works fine in foobar1.fm but not in foobar2.fm. These files are all in the same book. I am expecting Framemaker to be searching back through the pages to find the first C4_Chapter Title and using it in the header. So, from foobar2.fm it should search back to foobar1.fm to pick up the proper text. No such luck. Am I trying to do something I can't? Mary
