I have nearly completed a 650 page, 13 chapter chemistry text. In each of the 13 chapters on one of the master pages I have created a Header and Footer variable I named recipient. It currently reads This copy created for Persons Name. The only way that I have been able to change Persons Name to someone else is to open each chapter, go to the correct Master Page, click on Headers and Footers and make the change. Is there some way that in the book mode I can do that and modify all 13 recipient variables at once? Caution: I started this some years ago on a Mac so I am stuck with FrameMaker 6 in OS9.
