Positioning anchored frames on facing pages

I'm wondering if I can automatically position two anchored frames to appear on facing pages in FM 7.2.

The paragraph designer allows me to position a paragraph containing an anchor at the top of a left or right page, but this isn't useful because it would break the text flow, creating a gap with no text.

The anchored frame dialog window allows me to position a frame at the top of a column, but not at the top of a left or right page.

In case there's no obvious way to achieve that generic goal, my specific situation of interest pertains to two complementary full-page frames. Thus, I can easily arrange for them to automatically appear on successive pages, but I don't know of an automatic way to arrange for the first to appear on a left page.
