Hi John, To my knowledge, currently there are 2 folks aside from RJ at Adobe that can help. You have myself on the West Coast (matt@roundpeg.com), and Kevin Siegal in Maryland (ksiegel@iconlogic.com). We've each done a few classes and client implementations for TCS workflow (Frame files with 3D and .swf simulations from Captivate, into Help formats via RoboHelp). We also teamed up to run a 2-day seminar at the STC Conference this summer in Philly. If others out there are doing this sort of work, please let me know, as Vivek Jain (Group Mgr for TCS), Kevin and I would all like to have additional resources to offer to clients. -Matt Matt Sullivan Director of Training 949/340-8717 roundpeg, inc.
