I'm not sure whether this would cause your problem, but you might check the
DisplayUsingPrinterMetrics setting in your maker.ini file. If it's set to
"Off," you might change it to "On" to see whether it fixes your problem.

(Shut down FrameMaker before you start messing with the maker.ini file. You
probably also want to make a backup.)
