🚀 go-pugleaf

I have a .book file with about 15 .fm files in it. I save to PDF, and
when testing the links that were created from certain cross references
four things happen.

1)Clicking on the link takes the viewer to that destination and then
clicking "go to previous view" takes me right back to where I had
clicked on the link. That I assume is the working case

2)Click on the link does nothing, except that the open hand changes to
a pointed finder, and clicking on the link highlights the link with
reverse video.

3)Clicking on the link takes the viewer to that destination however
clicking on "go to previous view" does nothing, but clicking "go to
previous view" twice takes me right back to where I had click on the
link.

4)Clicking on the link takes the viewer to that destination however
clicking on "go to previous view" takes me somewhere else entirely
that seemingly has nothing to do with the link.

Has anyone else observed this behaviour before? 
Note that these problems arise, despite the fact that I had supposedly
fix all unresolved cross references.
