I believe that this is a common Framemaker problem, but it is not discussed in the FAQ (or at least I couldn't find it). I have Framemaker 7.0 and Acrobat 5.0. I print my FM file to a .ps file using Acrobat Distiller as my printer. I created this printer using the driver i downloaded from Adobe and a PPD from the FM 6.0 (NOTE: NOT 7.0) CD. When I distill the .ps file, the log file has an error message telling me the following names under Tree Dests could not be defined. When I open the document, some of my cross-refs do not work as link. I have tried reinserting the cross-refs but that doesn't work.  Has anyone else had this problem?
