My install problem on XP was a little different. The installer keeps claiming that I'm not a member of the administrators group. A quick check of the group disproved that claim, but the installer insists. I've got the administrator pwd to the machine, and installed it successfully that way, so am up and running now. Any clues as to why the installer wouldn't see my entry in the Administrators group? Guess I'll try tech support too. Kim W.
