Heather, I check out the user to user forums only a couple of times a month, so I've only just seen your original post now. Anyway, there is a solution to your problem that does not require buying additional licences for WebWorks Publisher Professional 7.0. Based on my experience of using WWP SE 6.0, it is possible to use WWP SE with templates that were designed in WWP PE. The trick is to open the .wdt file associated with the customised template by double-clicking the .wdt file in Windows Explorer. Do not use File-New in WWP SE to open the .wdt file because that will cause WWP SE to recognise the template as customised. To maximise the reusability of the .wdt file (for other team members), remove all FrameMaker files from the project and just leave the Support files there. By going this route, you can place the "template" files in a central location and each team member can copy the files to their local drive, add their FrameMaker to the "dummy" project (.wdt) file, and generate the HTML/XML files as normal.
