Bookfile prints out of order

I have Frame 6.0. When I print out one specific manual from the bookfile, it prints out of order. The Bookfile itself is ordered correctly, and all the page numbers are correct also. This is a consistent problem, every time I print this specific bookfile, but the order is inconsistant. First printing chapters 7,1,2,3,4 etc, then chapters 3,1,2,4,5.  

Other manuals I am working on print fine.
