I have a document which when attempting to open will give the message that in has unavailable fonts, click to reformat etc. This document also will not update in Framemaker before being converted into a pdf. It gives the unavailable fonts message. It was OK up until today. I have tried all the suggestions in your web documents 317840, 319295,and even 324437, but nothing works. There is a suggestion (document 316204) that you can deselect remember missing font names, using File>Preferences, but I am not happy to use that in case it affects the document if ever opened at another workstation. How can I fix these problems? What makes them happen? Your advice ASAP please Judy
