Have you visited here - http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/customerstories.html <http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/customerstories.html> What other people have already done is useful. By the way, I like printed material. I know it costs. I like glossy prints. I like the feel of heavy paper. It's easier to share print - with grandma, in a restaurant, or over beers and cards with the boys. I can print color at 1200 dpi in draft mode on xerox paper at home. Same image; same words - different feel. It's tough. Printing at home is fine when I'm looking for a low price on paper clips, or plane tickets. But a cruise line is marketing something different. Does your company advertise in glossies like Vanity Fair or Conde Naste, and the newspaper? At this date, I know when I shop on the Web, only speed matters. Next is price. I want to find out info first, then maybe price. If it's slow or confusing to me, I'm gone. After all, there's always the telephone, or travel angents. Does anyone use Kinkos to burn/deliver their CDROMs? That's an angle I haven't seen yet. Good luck.
