I just got back from the Driven By Design seminar in San Francisco, and the Adobe reps didn't even want to discuss their "red-headed stepchild", but, from what I saw, InDesign is in no position to replace Framemaker, now or in the near future. Pagemaker, maybe, but not Frame. Considering there is nothing else on the market that could come close to Frame's capabilities, especially when it comes to technical documentation, I guess we'll just have to wait and see what Adobe's true intensions are.
