Just to keep the same count, Sean. I've justed created a PDf file (3 times) with the NEWEST AdobePS, a diversity of PPD files (including the Distiller from AC5.05) and using Distiller 5.05. But on a 2000 platform. NO text at all. Strange behaviour. There's something to dig into. PitStop didn't do the trick. The text box is there, but there's no text (in any colour) keep smiling thomas
