Dear Frame Users and Experts

I wrote ACE for Adobe Framemaker6.0 on 19-02-2002 and got passed. I have to receive the welcome kit within the stipulated time of 15 days from the date of appearance. But, i have not received, then i enquired with adobe through e-mail. They promised me to sent the welcome kit. At least it would reached me within 15 days from the date of their response. But not yet till today (1-06-2002 -- 101 days)...

I have been using Adobe Products for the past seven years. I have planned to get adobe certification in few products. But from the First experience itself teaches me about Adobe standards...

I have lost and loosing my career oppourtunities in my life. I never imaged that Adobe will indulge in such activities...

Now they have Announced Framemaker7.0, Shortly I have to be recertified as it is a major upgrade...

Did anyone had these kind of bitter experience ???????

Any option to defend against them ???????

Help me what to do ???????

How Adobe will compensate the damages/loss incurred to me ??????

Whether I will get it or not ??????
