Table Titles and Headings (Cont'd) Variables/Rules missing?

Working with multiple page tables.  Have set in variable to continue my table titles and headings. Sometimes the table continues with the Table Title and Table Headings and sometimes it does not.   Also, the bottom rule on the heading is missing when it does continue over.  What will fix this ruling problem and what could cause the heading to continue on some continued tables and not others?  HELP - Thanks   "Table Twilight Zone"
