Niels, You might need the new Adobe "Make Visible" filter lens for your monitor (they're branching into hardware). ;-) Just kidding. Other than what Thomas and Sean have mentioned, I really don't know what to try. I'd check the Distiller printer driver to see what PPD was used to create and perhaps re-install it. I'd also check the video driver to see if a more recent version is available from the manufacturer.
