changing formats in TOC

I'm finishing a fun little book in Frame, but am having trouble designating styles for the TOC.  

When I generate the file I get everything I want, but the second level headings aren't formatted right.  

See below for examples. I posted one file that looks like what I want (*looking_good). The other is what I get when generating the TOC.

So now I need to figure out how to generate a TOC that matches the looking_good example. Where do I make those modifications?
