I am writing a document descibing a program. Since many of the program's commands use the same options, I have created a table that lists these options and am cross-referencing from the command to its particular options.

Here's where I am running into difficulty: Many of the options take the form Xx where the X is bold font (indicating a literal) and the x is normal weight. Typing this is the table is easy and creating a improperly formatted cross-reference is easy. However, is it possible to create a cross-reference that maintains the fontification of the orginal text? Specifically, in this case, can the cross reference maintain the mixed font weight?

p.s. I am currently using FM 5.1.1 but FM 7.0 is on the way.
