Anyone use FM and InDesign? Questions...

I'm wondering if anyone familiar with both FM and InDesign can comment on what  FM has that InDesign still lacks, and what InDesign has that FM lacks. The main feature that keeps me with FM is the cross-referencing, but then I just found out that there is a plug-in for InDesign to do that:

I'm wondering what I will miss if I make the jump. (I know that I could read about features or download the demo, but only a real user knows about the "gotchas" associated with a given program.)
