Vickie, If you are absolutely certain that the fonts aren't being used anywhere, then temporarily change your FM File > Preference settings to turn OFF "Remember missing font names". Now in the Book file, shift+Click the File menu and select Open ALL files in Book. Go through the rigmarole of missing fonts, and then shift+click File > Save ALL files in the book. Change your Preference back to the way it was. You shouldn't have the missing font problem anymore with these files. The "missing" fonts can also reside on your Master & Reference pages as well as in the Table Catalog definitions.
