FM 6--matching page numbering in PDF to FM footer

I _know_ it's in here somewhere, but a search of the forum fails to give me the answer.  

For FrameMaker 6 and 7, I want the PDF page count to match the count in my FrameMaker footer, for example, 7-450, where 7 is the chapter number and 450 the page number.  

Not only do I want that, I want it to be so automatically, so I don't have to manually tweak the PDF each and every time I create it.  

I looked over TimeSavers, by MicroType, but found no description of such a function.
