Sean, Once you go to more than one colour, it doesn't matter how many you need, you have to consider the workflow of where it will be printed. If you are going to create composite PDFs, then you have to use third-party tools as Michael suggests (ColourChameleon, PitStopPro, Quite-a-Box-of-Tricks, etc.) or run it on a Mac. If you need to pre-separate (essentially an antiquated Level 1 workflow), then the FM separations will work. However, some caveats are that the wrong choice of graphic formats may result in the same images appearing on all plates (of a separation) or black incorrectly knocking out (instead of overprinting) on other plates.
