Dictionary-style headers

I am using FrameMaker 6.0 on Windows 2000. I would like to create dictionary-style headers in a document, similar to what is described on pages 201-202 in the User Guide. However, instead of using paragraph text in the header, I want to use a marker's text. How do I get a variable, such as Running H/F 1, to display to the contents of the last marker on a page (rather than the first)?

Sincerely, Dan
