I've searched the archives and hadn't found a question about this, though, I would think someone would have brought it up before. Why don't the hyperlinks in the TOC in FM work in PDF? All the cross-refs work in the PDF document, but when I click on TOC items, a dialog box appears that states: "The specified xxx.pdf file does not exist." The xxx.pdf file is the name of the individual FM file, had it been converted to PDF, but I am converting the book file. Using FM 6.0 and Acrobat Distiller 5.0.5. Please help. Thanks in advance.
