Follow-up: The FM7 EULAs aren't with the regular EULAs at
http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/main.html , but instead can be
found at http://www.adobe.com/products/fmserver/main.html, click on
the Product Info tab at the right and the EULAs are found there (the
Server one is called Extended End User License Terms - real obvious,
eh?).

The item to assess in this agreement for FM7 is in section 2.2 on
Limitations on Server and Network Use.

"For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement does not permit the
Software to be Used in any batch-oriented environment where such Use
of the software is to produce Postscript or PDF output from data
originating from any other application, unless such Use is merely
incidental to a Use clearly permitted by this license".

So anybody using Catalogger, Datalogics products, Miramo,
Patternstream, uniMerge, etc. better get their company's legal
department to look this over to see how it applies to their particular
circumstances and be prepared to ante up for the FM Server version.

Also anybody on unix using fmbatch and shell scripts better check this
out thoroughly.
