Help a newbie with missing Times font (if that's really the problem)

Hi, I'm fairly new to Framemaker and Windows and I'm having a problem with a missing font since installing Adobe Acrobat 5.0.  Here's my setup: my machine is Windows NT 4.0 and I'm using Framemaker 6.0 and like I mentioned above - just installed Acrobat 5.0 when the problems began.  I had been doing fine before when creating PDF's by using the generic postscript printer and Acrobat Distiller 4.0 which came with Frame 6.0.  Now if I go to print setup and choose the Acrobat Distiller PPD instead of generic postscript printer, suddenly the Times font is unavailable and causing problems opening book files or creating PDF's.  I'm editing long and detailed docs for a software company and I really need help to get through this.  Thanks!!
