What version of Helvetica do you have, Erich? If you have Adobe Type Manager (ATM) installed, I think that most versions will have some way of viewing the copyright information about each font. If you don't have ATM, try opening the .pfb file in a text editor such as Notepad. (of course, be sure not to save the file after you've opened it, just exit without saving). For example, my Helvetica says: /Notice (Copyright (c) 1985, 1987, 1989, 1990 Adobe Systems Incorporated.
