Hi all I am having the same problem?  Looseing the footer when printing to a HP Deskjet 1220C (postscript). All the other printers in the office print it out fine. And as a pdf there is no problem. But for just a page its not handy to pdf just to print it. I can select 'Emulate laserjet margins' - but this only squeezes the text and footer leaving a gap at the bottom of the page?  Has there been any results to the original question?
