Unable to open Framemaker docs.

I am having problems with opening Framemaker docs when the Framemaker program (ver. 6.0) already is started. 

On the other hand there is no problem opening FM docs when my FM program is not started. Why? Then the FM program executes and starts at the same time I activate the FM doc.
