I have just created a framemaker manual using Version 5 and now I must get it ready for a printer. I have finished marking all my index tags but now I am lost as to what to do next. How do I get all of the markers combined into one index document? I also know I must create a table of contents and then generate a book. Does someone know in what order all these steps must be taken? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks/Suzanne
