Mixing different page sizes in one doc? Jackie, were you successful at finding a way to mix 8 1/2 x 11 and 11x17 size pages in one file? If anyone knows how, please let me know; I am working an extremely large doc in which every few pages there is an 11x17 foldout...so, if I put my 11x17s in separate chapters, we are looking at approximately 400 chapters!
