I receive the message that the document contains unavailable fonts which will be replaced by existing fonts, even though I just went through the document and replaced all the unavailable fonts. However, when I view the fonts list under format<fonts, the four fonts that are listed as unavailable are on the list but grayed-out. When I attempt to update a book containing this document, I get the message that the book contains no openable non=generated files. How does one eliminate this problem.
