If you cannot save, you cannot created generated lists and files, right, like TOCs, indexes, and even cross-references. Neither can you create PDF output nor use book files. How about conditional text? Really, I think the FM demo probably drives away more customers than it wins. I recommend finding a peer who uses FrameMaker and have them give you a demo. Cheers, Sean (Am eagerly looking to be shown and proven wrong and am hoping the FM7 demo will turn out to be time-, and not feature-, limited.)
