The names of fonts in Frame frequently appear slightly different -- hypens, spaces, etc. -- than they do in other applications or in the operating system. Helvetica Narrow is a good example: In most apps it's Helvetica-Narrow, but in Frame, the Narrow is a variation in the Character tag dialogs. In some cases you have to screw around with the maker.ini file to develop a cross-reference A=B where A is the font the document wants and B is the font you have. Was the original from a Mac? Did one use TrueType and the other Type 1? Are you using ATM or just dragging the font directly into the Fonts folder?
