FM 5.5.6 on Win2K font problems

I am running FM 5.5.6 on Win2K and I get a Yen symbol everytime I try to insert a bullet.  The same thing happens for all of my on-line FM manuals, Yen symbol instread of bullet.  I have no problem with the same documents on NT 4.0.  Double quotes also ahave a problem. 

Any help in this issue is greatly appreciated.
