I want to save a FrameMaker book as RTF so I can open the book in MSFT Word, but when I click "Save Book As," the only options that show up are save as PDF, MIF, XML, HTML. I don't see RTF in the list of file formats.    

Save As RTF only works with individual FrameMaker files, not books. Remember, Word has no concept of a "book." Open each FrameMaker component separately, then select Save As. RTF should be one of your choices.
