We found it!!! A collegue of mine wrote a VB script that applies the transparent background to the PowerPoint Slide. The script was derived from another forum, and is shown here; Sub MakeBgTrans() 'ccf 5/13/02 With ActiveWindow.Selection.SlideRange .FollowMasterBackground = msoFalse .DisplayMasterShapes = msoFalse With .Background .Fill.Visible = msoFalse .Fill.Transparency = 1# .Fill.Solid End With End With End Sub Once applied to the powerpoint slide, sett he fill of the anchored frame in FrameMaker to no fill and it works like a charm.
