Index page numbers are hyperlinks, but not blue

Hi everyone I usually make the hyperlinked page numbers in my index blue by going to the reference pages and just making the <$pagenum> expression blue. I've done this here, and updated the doc, but still no blue. They work as hyperlinks in the PDF just fine. Any tips on this one please? Thanks a lot Phil
