In addition to these suggestions, you may also want to look at the
ImpGraph plug-in by Bruce Foster (see:
http://home.comcast.net/~bruce.foster/ImpGraph.htm ) and/or Auto-Text
by Steve Kubis (see:
http://www.siliconprairiesoftware.com/Products.html ). Both of these
would help you create a consistent method/layout for inserting
graphics.
